Millennials  report Summary: 

This is a summary of a report about ‘’ Millennials in the workplace'' (who born between early 1980 to 1990).  who make up a huge part of our workforce, but they seem to lack loyalty to the companies.

Research

Two surveys have been done. The global survey conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) involved more than 40,000 millennials who expressed their opinion about culture, communication and working styles pay structure etc.

On the other side, a separate global survey has been done by Deloitte. which expressed their perception of the treats. According to these two reports was collected information about it.    

They are committed to their work as their leader

they believe in interesting work and a worthy work-life balance but they don’t believe in excessive demand of work which needs more sacrifices in their personal lives.

They are believed that flexibility should with success in their life and it”s not with hours that how much they spend.

They believe that they should be appreciated and allow them an opportunity to improve their skills

They want to work as teamwork and individually.

They want to improve their skill and they are loyal to the company. 

If the Organizations and managers want to save millennials they should consider:

Firstly, they should monitor the working and satisfaction of the working-life balance. 

secondly, they should create a flexible work culture to control their working hours and their work location.  finally, they should provide meaningful work opportunity to support meaningful full professional skills.

In this pandemic situation, the economy ratio is poor that anyone has tension about the job because this pandemic makes anyone jobless, the government announced cheap airfares in order to promote tourism because here is a lack of international visitors. government trying to make a good and useful policy for tourism aviation network support they gave lots of packages.

Taking note task

Deforestation

 Rainforests have destroyed in a large area while trees cut down for wood or burned for farming. As long this situation continues, the atmosphere will turn into deserts. Because of this situation, plants and animals will be affected and can become extinct.

Pollution

 Poor air quality created by air pollution that climate change and air pollution are very close to each other that cause a significant health problem. Water pollution makes chemicals from factories that is the real threat to human health. Soil pollution is fertilizers and pesticides that caused a threat to food security.

Recycling

Some things can be recycled, which is the processing of used objects and materials to use it again because of recycling people can save their energy and reduces damage to the countryside. To use reducing plastic and paper packing more effective. The Council should provide specific bins for recycling for a better and clean environment.

Renewable energy

People used most of the energy from coal, oil and gas that will not last forever caused by climate change. Alternative sources of energy used some countries are leading the way in getting their energy power from renewable sources.

Public transport

Transports have an environmental impact while People are using more their cars especially in urban areas. but public transport is better to use for reducing the environmental impact.

 Human life is very destructive and insensitive because of our climate. Human life is breaking down because of some machine that is very harmful to our life and nature. Climate is essential that we must protect. Safe life for a human being is necessary to provide for everyone. the protection of nature is necessary for a better and well life. In our life nature should be used as a tool that we would repair our broken climate. This time either clean environment is most important than everything. Unfortunately, we’re destroying it faster than ever. We should stop help and fund Anything that’s destroying our nature.

    The Blue Mountain areas have swept full of pink colour after thrive bushfires. The germination of flowers seeds only after the fire is blooming formerly in burnt landscapes such Katoomba to Lithgow area. According to the senior researcher University of NSW Centre for ecosystem Science: the beautiful contrast are provided by pink flannel flowers against a backdrop of burnt regions. 
    The flowers in not much endangered as much seen. You may have seen them once or twice in your lifetimes.
    The germination of the flower is responded interestingly to bushfire rather than heat.


    personal reflection;

    Last year,  The Blue Mountain areas were destroyed by big bushfire, that burnt everything. Hopefully, there were such seeds of flowers that come again after the bushfire Once again these flowers made areas beautiful and interestingly. In my opinion that I thought after this bushfire everything is going to finish, in future we won't have such as colourful land but hopefully, once again we can see the sea of colour in that areas.

    news about historical place


    This historical story is belong to Cyril Windrum who is grandfather of Lan Overett' is 72 years old person. He has brought Brisbane that became a capital of Queensland after world war1, in to digital photograph. He was born in Melbourne in 1892 and he moved to Brisbane. He took photos of different places and historic buildings, boats even what happened that time he put on the record after that he did hand over to his grandson.

    It was difficult to bring into digital photograph so no one was willing to do work on it because need a lots of times, experience and patient .In this critical situation Mr. Williamson, an amateur photographer put his hand up and to take the responsibility of work on this project free of cost. He said work on this project was an arduous because of shortage of good scanner and programs.

    Afer doing hard job he succeed on this project and he bring into clear paint digital photos so we can see on the news of abc
